Future NBA team expansion

While at present there are 30 teams competing for the championship, there are always discussions about the possibility of increasing the number of teams competing for the title. While the location of new teams varies a lot, it does seem to always centre around the idea of a return to the big league for Seattle, going international and adding a second Canadian team, or South to Mexico City.
