The iconic rock band Styx has a rich history of performing residencies on the Las Vegas Strip every late January and early February.

In January 2017, the former guitarist for The Eagles, Don Felder, joined Styx for a five-show residency called “Renegades in the Fast Lane” at the Venetian Theater at The Venetian.
This collaboration was repeated for five more shows in January and February 2018, also at the Venetian.
Styx, without Felder, performed single shows at The Palms Las Vegas in January 2019 and 2020 before returning to the Venetian for two shows on Sept. 25-26, 2021, after the COVID-19 pandemic subsided.
The band has continued its January/February residency tradition at the Venetian on the Strip, with five shows scheduled in 2022, 2023, and 2024. The 2022 shows featured Heart’s Nancy Wilson performing with the band.
Styx recently announced another residency at the Venetian, performing “The Grand Illusion” album in full, plus its greatest hits, on Jan. 24, 25, 29, 31, and Feb. 1, 2025.

This exclusive fan experience promises to offer Eagles fans the opportunity to explore unique items, rare merchandise, and memorabilia in a dedicated merchandise store.
The highlight of the Eagles’ merch store will be a miniature representation of the Troubadour, the iconic LA music club where Don Henley and Glenn Frey first crossed paths in 1970.
“Third Encore” will also feature screenings of a behind-the-scenes video compilation titled “Eagles at Home.”
