Fear Dome Circus Circus
Prepare for the return of the undead to The Strip, and this time, they’re bringing a few terrifying clowns along for the ride.
The highly anticipated Fear Dome haunted experience will launch at the Adventuredome at Circus Circus on September 26.
This venue has a rich history. It previously hosted the popular Fright Dome Halloween attraction until it closed in 2017.
Fear Dome promises an exciting array of multi-themed haunted houses, scare zones, live performances, and even a roller coaster ride in pitch darkness designed to get your heart racing.
“This isn’t just a revival; it’s a complete reinvention. Growing up in Las Vegas, we felt it was crucial to revive an iconic attraction at Circus Circus,” stated South of Heaven Productions, the creative force behind the new event, in a recent press release.

The Fear Dome will take over the location that the Fright Dome once transformed into a must-visit spot for thrill-seekers, consistently recognized as one of the top 10 haunted attractions in the nation.
How eerie was it, you ask?
None other than legends Ozzy Osbourne and Michael Jackson made their appearances—albeit on separate occasions!
Get ready for a thrilling experience that will keep your heart racing until October 31.
The attraction features a variety of frights designed to excite all who dare to enter. Plus, on select days, it will be exclusively for adults aged 21 and over.

Digital Room Keys
In a groundbreaking move, Resorts World Las Vegas guests no longer need a separate hotel app to use their mobile devices as room keys.
The resort allows visitors to access their rooms using Apple Wallet, marking a significant innovation for a major Strip property.
Opened in 2021 and boasting a $4.3 billion investment in high-tech hospitality, the resort collaborated with access-control experts Dormakaba and guest-experience provider Alliants to roll out this feature.
Digital room keys have been around for years, but the catch has been that guests have to download a hotel's app to make them work. So some hoteliers are hoping to simplify things.https://t.co/OXImr10q5t
As noted in a recent press release, this initiative is part of a broader trend among Las Vegas resorts to enhance digital services while minimizing physical contact without compromising security.
“We’ve always been at the forefront of delivering exceptional guest experiences and are unafraid to lead the way in offering digital-first solutions like Apple Wallet room keys,” said Shannon McCallum, vice president of hotel operations at Resorts World.
Guests can easily unlock their room or access hotel amenities by holding their iPhone or Apple Watch near the door’s NFC (near-field communication) reader.
Express Mode allows guests to utilize the digital key without needing to unlock or wake their device, and the automatic power reserve feature ensures entry even if the device battery is running low.
Additionally, guests can share their room key with other iOS users via messaging apps or AirDrop.
This innovative technology at Resorts World stands apart from other Las Vegas properties, eliminating the need for a specific app tied to the hotel or brand.
