Around the year, there’s always plenty of excitement in Sin City when it comes to sports betting. However, there’s been a recent downpour with things, which has been incredibly disappointing. This summer alone, the numbers were down, which no one expected. This fall, though, there’s been a bit of a bounce back. That’s right, Las Vegas sports betting is on the rise with the MLB playoffs here.
After an exciting Wild Card Round and the ALDS and NLDS, we are officially down to four teams left in the hunt to win it all. The World Series betting odds have been updated and there’s plenty of excitement surrounding the Mariners, Dodgers, Blue Jays and Brewers. The Dodgers are the reigning champs and they’re hoping to get back to the Fall Classic.
With the ALCS and NLCS here too, it shouldn’t be a surprise at all that things are booming a bit. This also means that people are making their way to Sin City to bet live on the action, while even more people will be on the way to town in the coming weeks when the World Series gets started. People are consistently checking the Las Vegas odds and that’s great news too for all of the sportsbooks.
As things stand, we are inching closer to the World Series getting here and people can’t wait to see how things are going to go down. The Mariners, Dodgers, Brewers and Blue Jays all have great odds from the MLB betting sites and as the ALCS and NLCS keeps on rolling, the better of an idea we’ll have of who will win it all. People will keep betting on things too.
BACK-TO-BACK GAMES OF JULIO RODRÍGUEZ FIRST-INNING HOMERS 🔥
The Seattle Mariners are the favorites to win the ALCS over Toronto
On one side of the bracket, the Seattle Mariners are the favorites to win the ALCS over Toronto. In stunning fashion, the Mariners were able to win the first two games of the series over in Canada, which is not what a lot of people were expecting. In Game 1, the offense did more than enough to win and then in Game 2 Cal Raleigh, Julio Rodriguez and others couldn’t be stopped.
“In these playoff moments, you can’t be fatigued,” star first baseman Josh Naylor said after the Game 2 win. “Every game matters. Every pitch matters. Every opportunity matters. You don’t want to have an excuse in these situations; these games are too important.”
Looking to get in on the betting action? This is our chance to remind you that the sportsbooks that we work with here at Vegas Betting offer up fantastic promotions and deals that you’re going to want to check out, including the ones on BetOnline. With the postseason in full swing and the Fall Classic coming soon, there’s no better time than now to place wagers on the MLB action.
As for the action back on the field, the Mariners hold -110 betting odds to win the AL pennant and move on to the World Series. The Blue Jays have been placed at +125. It’s not going to be easy for Seattle to close things out, but the AL West side is hoping that history can be made. Manager Dan Wilson knows there will be an uphill climb and it will be interesting to see how things play out.
The Dodgers remain the slight favorites to win the 2025 World Series
Looking at things as a whole, the Dodgers remain the slight favorites to win the 2025 World Series. This shouldn’t come as a shock at all, as Los Angeles won it all last year, taking down the Yankees in the final series of the year. Speaking of the Yankees, they lost to the Blue Jays in the ALDS this year, but all signs are pointing to Aaron Boone returning as manager.
That’s nothing for LA to worry about, as the team’s main focus is on repeating. Just like the Mariners, the Dodgers were the road team for the first two games of the NLCS and they were able to win both against the Brewers. Milwaukee is hoping to make things interesting now that this series is headed back to the west coast, but that’s not going to be easy for them.
Per the Las Vegas oddsmakers, the Dodgers hold +225 odds to win the World Series, which is tops out there. The Mariners aren’t too far behind them at +375. A lot of people think Seattle and LA are going to end up meeting with the title on the line. Soon, we will find out if that’s going to be the case or not, but plenty of baseball fans think it will be a close matchup if that proves to be the World Series final.
