VegasBetting rolls into the NASCAR online betting odds for the 10th race of the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series Season. Now is the time to comb through the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race Bets. With Talladega being an oval Superspeedway on the 2025 NASCAR Cup schedule, it would be wise to look at how the drivers have recently performed on this track as well as the Daytona International Speedway.
Ryan Blaney has three career wins on the Talladega Superspeedway. His most recent victory came in 2023 when he placed first in the YellaWood 500 in October. His only win in the spring race came in 2020. Blaney, the driver of the No. 12 Ford for Team Penske, finished the 2024 season with two runner-up finishes and a victory. However, the 31-year-old who won the NASCAR Cup Championship in 2023 and placed second at the end of 2024 has yet to win a race in 2025. In fact, Blaney has not finished better than fourth in 2025.
Despite his lack of a podium finish this season, Blaney heads to Talladega with back-to-back fifth-place finishes.
Blaney is in sixth place in the NASCAR standings, 71 points behind leader William Byron. He has led 197 laps this year while picking up two stage wins. In nine starts he has failed to finish three times.
Dale Earnhardt has the most wins at Talladega with 10. Jeff Gordon, Dale Earnhardt Jr., and Brad Keselowski are behind him in a three-way tie for second with six wins each. Keselowski looks to break that tie at the 2025 Jack Link’s 500.
The driver of the No. 6 Ford for RFK Racing, Keselowski last won on this track in the spring of 2021. Since that win, the 41-year-old has three second-place finishes, including both races on the track in 2024.
Keselowski had one win in 2024, placing first at Darlington. He is struggling this year. The 2012 champion has not placed better than 11th and is coming off a 16th-place finish at Bristol.
William Byron, the third-place finisher in the past two NASCAR Cup Series Championship seasons, has never won on this track. However, he has runner-up finishes to his name in 2021 and 2023. Byron also performed well in Talladega in 2024 placing seventh and third in last year’s races.
Byron, the driver of the No. 24 Chevy for Hendrick Motorsports, sits in first place in the NASCAR Standings with 346 points. He is second overall in laps led on the year (354) and stage wins (three) while having one victory (Daytona) and six top-10 finishes on the year.
The 27-year-old is coming off a second-place finish in Darlington and a sixth place at Bristol.
No one is driving as well as William Byron early in the 2025 NASCAR season. As such, William Byron is the betting pick to win the 2025 Jack Link’s 500 in Talladega.
