Pogacar can win anywhere and everywhere. He can win monuments as easy as the grand tours. While La Vuelta will likely wait another year (we think), the Tour err Le Tour does not. These factors make him the favorite at -300 odds to win among the 2026 Tour de France picks.
Simply, Pogacar is the favorite with authority here. He won last year by over four minutes and suffered through the last week with a severe head cold and a knee injury. Riders battle all sorts of things but even then, Pogacar had a fun Stage 21 in Paris on Montmartre. He did not win but wow he put a charge on the final day.
The organizers cannot throw everything at the Slovenian this time around. It is a layout that sets up relatively well for the top two contenders again. If all goes well, Pogacar reigns again in Paris come July 26th!
