League of Legend bets expect to be intriguing a son one expects a sweep here. Form is important as both teams went 3-1. Hanwha dropped their opener but rebounded to win three consecutive matches. That is the good news. The bad news is there are some definite concerns. Sometimes the one map takes all does not suit every team. Both Hanwha and Gen.G had their issues with the first couple of matches.
Arguably the difference between the two squads is clear. This stems from overall form. Gen.G has defeated Hanwha two out of three times in 2025. After an early loss in February, Gen.G. got their revenge by winning the LCK Playoffs in July convincingly. It was nearly a 3-0 sweep but Hanwha pulled out one map. Canyon and Duro remember well what happened in the 2024 World Final.
Gen.G has been on such a run. Six straight event wins hammer home the message of why they still remain the favorites. Are they at -500 to win the event anymore? No. However, in a best of five, few are going to tilt against this dangerous South Korean team. The worry is the moneyline which has been ranging from -400 to -450. That is not so good because it sets the spread well into minus territory.
Hanwha can still pull off the upset. See February like we mentioned above. Zeus, Peanut, and company seemed to lose something in the Spring. February and March were good times for the team. Since then, it has been more of a struggle as their kill rates and map captures have not been quite the same. It is a tough risk but the spread of -1.5 games is now only -160. Taking the plunge on Gen.G. here is a decent move.
Bovada offers some incredible options here for esports. One of the riskier but fun type of bets is the correct score bet which lengthens the odds with specific selections. If you think you know what the correct score will be, you stand to win much more than you would for a money line or spread bet. I will predict the 3-1 correct score.
Now, the range of payouts here is much better. On the low end, the number was around +185. However, Bovada offered +225. If anyone is wondering, going the distance with Gen.G is now +370. The former appears likely to happen over the latter.
Exact results for Hanwha are much more inflated. A sweep is +900 and even a 3-1 result is +750. That is the reality of the situation. Gen.G. looks to have their number and even with some money siding with Hanwha, it is not enough to sway the odds too drastically.
We will get into map props below but the belief is that Gen.G easily takes the first map and rolls from there aside from maybe a blip.

Gen.G boasts the jam packed roster of Kiin, Canyon, Chovy, Duro, and Ruler got better in the Swiss Stage as things progressed along. The sweep of Top Esports to secure their spot in the quarters was similar to what we have seen all season from this quartet. Expect the kills to come fast and furious here.
The spread for Map 1 is 6.5 as it is for the first three listed maps. We are taking Gen.G. to cover here at -120 early on Tuesday morning.
For quite awhile, Gen.G were large favorites in the League of Legends bets. Now, this number shrunk to -125. They are still the favorites but not quite that much. This opens the window a little for teams like KT and Hanwha. Even T1 cannot be counted out completely.
If one had to go with an upset, it might be KT Rolster. At some point, this is a team that could break through unexpectedly. We have seen this before only for them to falter in this knockout round. They are at +1000 to win the World Championship.
Waiting for a better number got us Gen.G at -125. That works for us.
