Thankfully, MyBookie and some other great soccer online betting sites are out there for the 2022 Women’s Euro Cup from England. The Final will be played at Wembley Stadium in London. Here at VegasBetting, we spotlight the current favorites and offer maybe a few bonus choices. Now we are starting to see some interesting trends for this July tournament. In this article, we reveal our picks. Will Spain and England top the charts and advance?
2022 Women's Euro Odds | ![]() |
---|---|
Spain | +350 |
England | +400 |
France | +500 |
Netherlands | +500 |
Germany | +700 |
Sweden | +700 |
Norway | +1400 |
The quest for the 2022 Women’s Euro Cup begins on July 6th and does not end till July 31st. It is a 3 1/2 week-long tournament featuring 16 teams in all who qualified from 47 total countries eligible. This tournament features the traditional group stage play before the knockouts. Spain (+350) and England (+400) top the charts of favorites as both teams have shown to be the best of the countries leading into the tournament.
Now, both teams stand as the teams most likely to make the Women’s Euro Cup Final. Spain and England are traditional powers when it comes to the Women’s World Cup but sometimes the Euro can be a different animal. Despite this, there is no surprise why both of these teams top the 2022 Women’s Euro Cup Picks. They are in our spotlight but far from the only countries, we are looking at.

Spain take on Sweden and holders France will play Norway in the Women's U19 EURO semi-finals on Wednesday (6 July) after today's dramatic final round of group stage games! ⚽🍿 #U19WEURO 🏆
So, is the above an omen for the 2022 Women’s Euro Cup? That answer is probably no but one never quite knows. Four of the countries in the U19 semifinals are among the six favorites for this month’s tournament. It is like these teams build from their younger squads. Imagine that concept. This is a long process and a lot can change between this weekend and the end of July.
Now, 2022 Women’s Euro Cup Picks focuses on this one question. Could Spain or England live up to the hype and finally deliver Euro Cup glory?
Some will forget that Spain seems to be favorite often. That is no exception for this tournament as they are a loaded squad full of aspirations. Naturally, the first thing that gets looked at and rightfully so is this. Spain is a favorite in this edition of the Euro Cup. They are in an easier group. Germany may be their only worry. Denmark and Finland expect not to provide much resistance.
For example, Spain is a very early 3 1/2 goal favorite to defeat Finland this week in their opening match. Typically, soccer spread may see a 1/2 goal line or 1 1/2 goals. Anything above that just alludes to the level of competition or lack thereof. The group stages do not seem to be much of a problem for the Spaniards. It comes down to the knockout rounds. Spain has never advanced to a Women’s Euro Cup Final let alone win the tournament.
Watched Italy women play Spain, close game – Italy are really improving – Spain as usual dominated possession but don't score enough goals – however, there was loads of shirt pulling all game which the ref ignored! I worry about the standard of officials in women's soccer!

This does not necessarily bode well for Spain. If one looks at every Spanish team from men to women and up and down from age levels, there is one common trait. Possession. It permeates every pore of their bodies. That is their game. They dominate possession and generate chances. Everyone knows the most obvious concern. Can Spain score enough goals in the knockout rounds when the games matter?
Spain is predicated on preventing scoring chances and creating but their finishing over and over again will be talked about. Until they find a way to advance past the semifinals, the whispers will only grow louder and louder. They still have to be considered among our 2022 Women’s Euro Cup Picks, however.
2022 Women’s Euro Cup Picks for this month have to feature England. England has home advantage and more heading into this tournament. There are always expectations when it comes to any host country but then there is England. One of the biggest wrinkles is this. Sarina Wiegman, England’s new coach, won this tournament the last time the Euros were around. That is one big intangible which cannot be overlooked.

Sadly, there is still some unknowns with the team. Some still consider them second fiddle to teams like Germany, France, and even Spain. England arguably should be the favorites but they are a young team. Another interesting fact is that several of the Lionesses are elevated in the odds for “The Golden Boot”. That is awarded to the top goal scorer of the tournament. England is that loaded offensively. It boils down to defence and goalkeeping.
For the 2022 Women’s Euro Cup, our pick is England. They have a ton of offensive balance and that youthful energy a team needs to thrive in a long tournament. Ellen White, Lauren Hemp, and the British will keep on coming in waves.
With all due respect to Germany, Sweden and even Northern Ireland, their squads do not seem to quite have the depth of France and the Netherlands. Now, the Dutch did win the Euro the last time it was played (2017). Their squad may be older and a bit worn. However, they are battle-tested.
Then, there is the French which always seems to be dangerous, especially in the knockout rounds. Both are +500.
What else is out there as July rolls on? That is a great question.
Once more, there is always baseball. The MLB headlines their All-Star Game on July 19th as well along with the “Home Run Derby”. There is CFL, NASCAR, F1, and other sports as well.
By the way, some nice online golf betting sites are waiting for your wager in advance of “The Open”. That starts on July 14th.
