There are just two regular-season matches of the college football season remaining. So with conference winners and playoff places still to be decided, here we bring you our Week 12 NCAAF betting picks.
The two betting favorites won the 2022/23 NCAA Football Championship again last weekend. The Georgia Bulldogs defeated MS State 45-19, while Ohio State beat Indiana 56-14.
Michigan (3) and LSU (4) also both won. This sees them both remaining unbeaten this season. Along with the Bulldogs and the Buckeyes, these four have 10-0 records this season and make up the top 4 in the rankings.
In the latest college football national championship odds, it’s still regarded as a two-horse race by the best NCAAF betting sites. BetOnline makes the Bulldogs -130 to retain their title. At the same time, they have the Buckeyes at +260.
This is the first time the Bulldogs have gone odds on this season. Going into Week 11, the Bulldogs were +100. Such was their dominant win over MS State. They’ve been trimmed to odds on.
As for the Buckeyes, they were +250 last week. This week there is no real change as they have slightly drifted to +260.
Outside of the two main candidates is the Michigan Wolverines. The Wolverines have seen their NCAAF Vegas odds stay the same at +700, they defeated Nebraska last weekend 34-3. The result saw them go 10-0 for the season, and they have retained their number three ranking, just behind Georgia (1) and Ohio (2).
Tennessee is +1200 to upset the odds and win the championship. TCU is +2500, Clemson is +4000, and LSU and USC are both +5000. North Carolina makes up the final betting position at +8000.

The other conferences with live markets are the ACC, Big 12, and PAC-12.
In the ACC, Clemson is -250, with only North Carolina at +195 challenging them. In the Big 12, TCU are the favorites at -160. Kansas State closely follows them at +140. Texas is next as +1200.
Over in PAC-12, it’s competitive. Utah is +180, with USC at +190, and Oregan at +200.
Right now, it’s time for our Week 12 NCAAF betting picks. Starting in Kentucky, where the Wildcats take on the betting favorites, the Bulldogs.
The Bulldogs beat the handicap in their 45-19 win over MS State last weekend. The handicap was set at 16.5 points, and Georgia beat that convincingly with a win by 26 points.

The Wildcats lost 24-21 at home to Vanderbilt last Saturday. This was their second defeat in their last three matches. Before the loss to Vanderbilt, they beat Missouri 21-17, which came after a huge 44-6 loss away to Tennessee the previous week.
Kentucky is +1000 to win on the moneyline, with Bulldogs at -2000. The handicap market sees the Wildcats receive +22.5 points, with the Bulldogs at -22.5. Both sides of the bet are -110.
In the over and under market, the line is 49 points. Both over and under 49 are -110. All odds are from Bovada. You can read more about their latest new customer offer in our Bovada sportsbook review.
For me, the Wildcats don’t seem to be in the greatest form. I can see them losing this one convincingly, so I’m taking Georgia to win on the handicap as my betting pick.
The Terrapins will have their work cut out against the Buckeyes on Saturday. Last Saturday, they lost 30-0 away to Penn State, and the previous week they were defeated 23-10 by Wisconsin. As for Ohio State, they defeated Indiana 56-14 on Saturday, their tenth win in a row.
On the moneyline, Ohio State is -4000, with the Terrapins at +1500. Ohio State at -27.5 points -110 on the handicap line, with Maryland +27.5 also at -110. On the total points spread, the marker is set at 64.5. Both over and under are -110.
Both these lines suggest that plenty of points are expected to be scored in this match. Rather than go for the Buckeyes to win on the handicap, I’m going to go for over 64.5 points for my betting pick.
If the Buckeyes beat the handicap, I expect that 64.5 points will be well taken care of.
