Nearly 240 restaurants across the valley offer prix fixe menus priced between $20 and $120, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Three Square.

In 2023, Restaurant Week provided nearly 665,000 meals to over 274,000 valley residents struggling with hunger. Since its inception in 2007, the event has supplied more than 6 million meals to needy people.
La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway at Wynn Las Vegas closed at the end of May for partial remodeling, and its reopening is slated for late summer.
The restaurant opened in 2010 and is being redesigned by founders Jenna and Michael Morton in collaboration with Karen Herold, the original designer.

On June 12, 1228, Main restaurant, located at 1228 S. Main St., will continue its bread-making classes with a focus on sourdough.
Led by head baker Noel Rossello, these twice-monthly summer classes cover sourdough, focaccia, cherry walnuts, baguettes, and more.

COTE Korean Steakhouse lands its first Las Vegas location
COTE Korean Steakhouse, a Michelin-starred restaurant hailed as one of the top steakhouses in the country, is expanding westward with its first Las Vegas location.
The Venetian Resort and Gracious Hospitality Management announced that COTE Vegas will open next year as part of the casino resort’s $1.5 billion renovation project.
The new restaurant will draw inspiration from its New York, Miami, and Singapore counterparts while introducing unique dining experiences tailored to Las Vegas.
COTE Vegas will feature a dry-aging room, in-table smokeless grills, skybox private dining rooms, a central bar, a DJ booth, and more.
“I went to UNLV and my first formative job in the world of hospitality was in Las Vegas, so opening a COTE in this entertainment epicenter is more than just any traditional opening—it’s a triumphant homecoming,” said Simon Kim, founder and CEO of Gracious Hospitality Management, in a statement.
The restaurant will be located in the Waterfall Atrium at The Venetian. COTE is described as “America’s first and only Korean Steakhouse.”
Recently named North America’s Best Steakhouse by the World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurants, COTE is renowned for its high-quality cuts of beef, a variety of Korean-inspired sides, and an extensive wine list with over 1,200 labels.
