The UFC 250 is due to take place on June 6th at the UFC APEX in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event will officially air on ESPN, which was announced by Dana White on Wednesday. There are a number of other great fights on the card, but the main fight, the Women’s featherweight title bout, between Amanda Nunes vs Felicia Spencer will be a real battle.

While there are clear favorites going into UFC 250, there are always surprises in combat sports and we expect this night to be another of shock upsets and epic fights.

Justin Gaethje shocked the oddsmakers and took the Interim belt from the long-time holder Tony Ferguson at UFC 249. Will we see more dogs coming out on top this time around?

Amanda Nunes (-600) vs Felicia Spencer (+400)

The 32-year old Brazilian fighter will defend her title against the 29-year old Felicia Spencer Canadian in Vegas.

Nunes holds a record of 19-4-0 and is arguably one of the best fighters women’s UFC has ever seen. She holds both the Featherweight and Bantamweight belts.

Having said that, she didn’t look her usual self when she fought her last bout against Germaine de Randamie in December.

Felicia Spencer has emerged as a real challenger. She doesn’t boast the same credentials as Nunes, but someone must dethrone the champ. Could it be Spencer?

Pick: Amanda Nunes.

  • Sean O’Malley (-450) vs Eddie Wineland (+320)

Sean O’Malley had to take a break from the UFC after he was found to have taken some form of illegal substances.

But now in his second fight since returning to the Octagon, he looks better than ever. He laid waste to his opponent in the last fight. His lethal range of striking and stylish fighting style makes him a real fan-favorite.

Fighting out of Indiana, the underdog Eddie Wineland boasts a record of 24 wins and 13 losses. The 35-year old will be in for a real challenge against the fast and nimble technique of O’Malley.

But with knockout potential, anything is possible.

Pick: Sean O’Malley. Bets odds found at MyBookie.

  • Raphel Assuncao (+110) vs Cody Garbrandt (-138)

Cody Garbrandt has been quiet since conceding back-to-back losses to TJ Dillashaw. But Dillashaw has since been stripped of his title after he was found to have taken illegal substances.

Residing in the of Recife on the Brazilian Peninsular, 37-year old Assuncao is a serious contender. With a fighting record of 27-0-7, he’s an experienced fighter and will put pressure on Garbrandt.

Garbrandt is the superior fighter, but it’s difficult to say how he will cope with the brute force of Assuncao. Having said that, Garbrandt has a hyper-aggressive breakneck fighting style and will look to put it on the Brazilian from the start.

Pick: Cody Garbrandt wins by knockout. These odds are very good at Bovada.
